The primary years of your child’s education are a crucial phase they lay the foundation for future academic success. 1. Daily practice

Consistency is the key to progress. Daily practice is essential for reinforcing what your child learns in school and how you can incorporate it into your family’s routine effectively.
2, Reading

Reading is not only a fundamental skill but also a gateway to endless knowledge and boundless imagination. Fostering a love for reading in your child is one of the most valuable gifts you can give them. Here are some actionable steps you can take to make reading a cherished part of your daily life:
Explore the library together: Take regular trips to your local library as a family. Allow your child to browse books that capture their interest
Create a cozy reading nook: Design a comfortable and inviting reading nook in your home. Include a cozy chair or bean bag, soft blankets and good lighting.
Be a reading role model: Let your child see you reading regularly. This can spark their interest by learning by example.
Read aloud together:Reading aloud is a fantastic way to bond with your child and enhance their comprehension skills. Choose age-appropriate books and take turns reading to each other. Create a tradition of bedtime stories, this can be a cherished and comforting part of their day.
Set aside reading time before bed: Encourage your child to read for at least 15 minutes each night.
Encourage book discussions: Foster critical thinking by discussing the books your child reads. Ask open-ended questions about characters, themes and plot developments. Share your own opinions and encourage them to express their thoughts, even if they differ from yours.
3 Practice questions
Practicing questions are the best way to improve skills across both maths and english.
Set aside 30 minutes- 1 hour each day for practicing maths and english questions.
Overtime the practice they do will compound to lead to cause massive improvements
4 Writing
Writing is often an overlooked area in primary education. Making a great writer out of your child is crucial for them to express themselves. Writing is no different to thinking and so by honing their skills in writing we also make them better at thinking and reflecting.
The easiest way to get them to write is to start with a journal.

Give them 20 minutes each day to write whatever they like in the journal. This can be ANYTHING, as long as they write for 20 minutes each day.
This will help them get over the hesitation to write and realise that writing is actually fun.
5 Creating an Ideal Week
Balancing academics, extracurricular activities, and downtown can be challenging. Here’s how to create a well-rounded weekly schedule that supports your child's growth academically, socially and emotionally.
Sit down with your child and design a week that they would love to have. Factor in time for their favourite activities and reward them for reaching milestones.

Feel free to adjust the schedule to match the specific needs and interest of your student. You can add or modify activities base don their extracurricular activities, hobbies, and study requirements.
